Bat-Ulzii Baatar is the CEO and director of The Mongol Khan and of HERO Entertainment, the studio he founded in 2004. His 2022 staging of Tamgagüi Tör has been performed in Ulaanbaatar, London, Singapore, Tokyo and Nagoya.

He worked with prominent Mongolian television networks and production companies, including the Mongolian National Broadcaster and G Entertainment. In 2004 he founded HERO Entertainment and has served as its CEO and director ever since.

Throughout its years of operation, the company has successfully delivered over 90 music videos for leading artists and approximately 350 commercial advertising projects. Its extensive body of work encompasses feature-length documentaries, narrative films, biographical documentary series, entertainment programs and live shows, as well as diverse stage and set design productions. Beyond film and television production, the company has also successfully organized and executed a wide range of entertainment and event-related projects, including official ceremonies for government institutions, organizations and businesses, prestigious social and cultural events, and various charitable and philanthropic initiatives.
